Order Processing & Production
All products in our store are produced on-demand using Gelato’s global print network. Each item is printed only after an order is placed. Production times vary by product type, availability, and the nearest production partner.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery estimates shown at checkout include both production and shipping time. These are best-effort estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to production volume, courier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Methods
We offer Standard/Economy and Express shipping options. Available options and prices depend on the customer's location and selected products. Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on production location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Information
Most orders include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed automatically once the order has shipped.

Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require new shipping charges to resend. Shipping fees for such cases are non-refundable.

Shipping Delays or Issues
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or any situation outside our control. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and offer a resolution.


Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order / Print-on-Demand Products
Because all products are made-to-order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or incorrect order choices. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

No Standard Returns
We do not maintain a return facility. Items cannot be returned to a sender address or production partner. Products are produced for a single recipient and cannot be restocked or resold.

Quality Guarantee — Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost. To qualify:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery for lost packages).
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging must be provided.
  • The issue must be due to a production error, damage during shipping, or fulfillment mistake.

We reserve the right to refuse claims without sufficient evidence.

 

Lost or Undelivered Orders
If an order is lost in transit, we will reship or refund it after the carrier confirms non-delivery. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from customs or courier pickup points:

  • We can reship the order once a new shipping fee is paid.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items cannot be returned or restocked.

 

Color and Print Variations
Small color differences between digital mockups and final printed products are normal due to screen calibration, material differences, and printing methods. These are not considered defects.

How to Submit a Claim
To report an issue, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will replace or refund the affected item.
